It is with deep regret that a few people have started a hate campaign to discredit me and �expose� my use of Filter Forge software when creating these textures. It is also with regret that they have decided to take their anger to my friends and post slanderous remarks on their Flickr pages.

To my friends who has received these angry messages, I apologize that you have been sucked into the hate. I would never wish their abuse upon you.

As for the textures I have posted�. It is indeed true that I use FilterForge to assist me in creating my illustrations. I also use Photoshop, Illustrator, Genetica, 3DStudio, and a pencil. All of these are tools in the aid of creating an illustration and FilterForge is just one of the tools. Normally I use a series of tools in conjunction to create an effective illustration. Lastly the adjustments to every FilterForge texture allows for limitless variations� so my illustrations are unique and are indeed created by myself.

There is no secret to texture creation and I find it enjoyable and fun. I encourage anyone wanting to create textures to check out these special software packages to assist in creating the textures:
